Bloodmoon Expansion Pack for Morrowind (PC)
This expansion pack for Morrowind will add on a whole new set of adventures in a new winter land of Solstheim where the player can play as a werewolf. The graphics looked to be improved over regular Morrowind's. Once you arrive at Solstheim you can take part in building up the mining colony there. There are thirty new dungeons in the new lands to explore as well. Living as a werewolf will be a unique role playing challenge as the curse requires that one feed their bloodlust. This expansion pack should arrive in early June.

Pirates of the Caribbean (PC/XBOX)
Pirates of the Caribbean is actually what was going to be Sea Dogs 2, but thanks to the Disney license it now ties in with the events in the upcoming feature film. This game looks to be a fantastic role playing game which pits you as the captain of a ship (and eventually a small fleet of ships) during the age of sails. You can take part in adventures at land and at sea. The ship to ship combat is realistic and yet still fun. Since this is an RPG you can play as a merchant prince, a privateer, a pirate, or whatever type of role you should choose to take. The graphics, especially the water effects, are very well done. This game is scheduled to come out this summer.

Call of Cthulhu (PC/XBOX)
Call of Cthulhu is a highly immersive first person action game that puts you in the role of a 1920's investigator of strange events, based on the horror stories written by H.P. Lovecraft. The game features a unique "sanity" effect that will change how you perceive events in the game, from having blurry vision to halucinations, etc. The games interface is very low key to make the immersion level very high. The graphics looked absolutely stunning. The gameplay involved a lot of running away from things that freaked the main character out driving up his insanity level, and also shooting some things. This game is still in early development is scheduled for an early 2004 release.
