Deep Red Clive Robert formed Deep Red in May 1998 with his then business partner, Kevin Buckner. With the three great games under its belt, the company has a growing reputation for excellence, has a well equipped development facility just outside Milton Keynes and a staff of just under 30 people. Deep Red development is organised into small ‘Tiger Teams’, with an individual identity and leader. These teams are physically located in the Deep Red building. And each team member has share options, performance and project related bonuses. The teams are managed by five proven industry professionals each with over twelve years of experience in their respective fields. Technology and programming, art and 3D graphics, game design and implementation, financial control and business development are all areas of proven expertise within the team.
