Digital Illusions CE (DICE) This Swedish game development studio, founded in 1988, develops PC games as well as titles for consoles and handhelds. The company owns two subsidiaries, one in Canada (Digital Illusions Canada Inc) and DICE Simulations AB. The Canadian studio (formerly known as Sandbox Studios) develops games for the international market, such as Shrek games, whereas the latter supplies products, motor licences and consultancy services to companies that develop simulators or products using simulation effects for educational purposes.
