Treyarch Founded in 1996, Treyarch has fulfilled its initial goal of producing an entertaining, physics-true, real-time, 3D sword PC game called Die By The Sword. Since its conception, Treyarch has developed a wide variety of games ranging from Nintendo 64 to PC as well as later consoles from all manufacturers. Activision has since acquired Treyarch and the company, headed up by president don Likeness, became a wholly owned subsidiary.
