The Workshop The Workshop is a gathering of experienced industry vets intent on making games in a new way. With nearly 60 years of game development between them, our founders went on to attract a core of talented, experienced professionals around which to build our creative team. We believe that the massive teams of the current generation of games sap creativity and ability to deliver quality games on time and on budget. More time is spent managing personnel and communication than is spent on developing great gameplay.
