  • Go! Diego Go! first came into the lime light in 2005. After the success of Dora the Explorer Nickelodeon has created a spin off by using the same animation and the same format as Dora the Explore. But this show is different. In this show you and Diego will go around and rescue animals that are in danger. But don’t worry Diego is not alone he is helped by his friend Baby Jaguar.

After a brief cut in production the bi-lingual Diego is back and ready for more adventures. So now the adventure of Go! Diego Go!: Safari Rescue has come out on the Nintendo DS. ¡Al Rescate! Will you be able to undo the magical transformation spells that the mean Magician has cast?

While playing the Nintendo DS game Go! Diego Go!: Safari Rescue you will go on a safari to Africa and try and save the animals from the mean Magician. The mean Magician has transformed all the animals into weird forms. The elephants have been turned into rocks; the giraffe’s necks have been shortened. There are small hippos running around and the zebras have lost their stripes. While playing, Diego will need the help of his friends Baby Jaguar, Erin the Elephant, Juma, and Alicia. They will have a tough time trying to defeat the mean magician.

You will be able to use basically all of the functions of the Nintendo DS. You will be using the Nintendo DS Stylus to tap the Magic Drum to transform the animals back to their original state before the mean Magician changed them into their odd shapes. You will also be able to take photographs of the many animals you will encounter on your adventure. You will also have to spend time hiding from the mean Magicain so he will not transform you into some odd shape. You will be using you Stylus to drag items out of Diego’s way so he can rescue more animals.

You will have to make use of the Nintendo DS’s microphone to help save the animals. You will need to blow into the stylus to propel Diego’s hot air balloon up the side of a mountain in order to save more animals from the mean Magician. You will also have to call out with Diego to the animals that need to be rescued by speaking into the microphone. All in all there are many adventures within this game and I think many young children will find them fun and educational. This game is very entertaining and will help your child learn about all the many animals that the world has to offer.

The graphics in this game are the same graphics you will find within every episode of Go! Diego Go!. They are simple cartoon graphics and fit perfectly with this kind of game. I don’t think many young fans would appreciate it if the graphics were changed at all. So you couldn’t really expect them to change the graphics. However that does not cut from the fact that the graphics are mediocre. But I did appreciate how clear the game comes across on the Nintendo DS.

I thought the sound in this game was great. It was pulled directly from the television series. This game also includes the voice actors from the actual television show. The songs are fun and will get stuck in your head. I think children will really enjoy them. Most children I know will be able to sing you at least some of the “Go! Diego Go!” theme song and will smile the entire time you sing it with them. I think the sound in this game is everything you would expect from this kind of game.

This game costs in stores today $29.99. I don’t think that’s asking too much. You can even find a special bundle that includes the new Dora the Explorer game. This game is all about learning and having fun at the same time, and it accomplishes just that.

I think it would be a perfect way to keep kids occupied and having fun while learning. This game has been kid tested so we know that young children can play and will play this game. It has also been tested out by mothers, so we know that they think it is safe for kids.

Go! Diego Go!: Safari Rescue is exactly what you would expect it to be. It’s a learning adventure geared towards young children. If you’re a parent looking for a game to entertain and teach you child something this is the game for you.

There are not many games out there that incorporate learning and is still super fun for kids to play. This game will put a good impression in your kids mind. It contains no violence and it’s very interactive. Your kids will learn all about different animals and learn to speak a little Spanish at the same time.
