IO Interactive IO Interactive (IOI) was established in September 1998 as a joint venture between Nordisk Film & TV A/S and game developer Reto-Moto. IOI focuses on original character based 3D games developed with proprietary technologies. The first title "Hitman: Codename 47", a third-person 3D action game was published by Eidos Interactive in November 2000.
