Other Ocean Interactive Other Ocean Interactive began life as Backbone Charlottetown, the newest addition to the Backbone Entertainment family of studios under Foundation 9 Entertainment. Located on the east coast of Canada in scenic Prince Edward Island, our studio opened in March of 2006 and we've been diving headlong into projects ever since.
