Shadow Tor Studios Shadow Tor Studios is an independent multi media production house, set up in 2004 by Matt Clark. The studio is based around the briny cliff tops and caverns of Cornwall, in the south west of England. Shadow Tor is utilising the inspirational Cornish landscape to craft exciting, and detailed, computer games, beginning with the archaeological thriller, Barrow Hill.
