Game Chronicles is always looking for talented freelance writers to do game reviews, interviews, features, and other projects. These are typically "unpaid" positions, but you do get to keep the game or product you are reviewing. While we may not always have staff positions readily available we do maintain an active pool of interested writers. Game Chronicles is looking for someone who enjoys playing handheld and portable games of all genres. Those interested will be required to complete two articles per month and should have access to Wi-Fi for possible online and multiplayer testing and downloadable content.

To Qualify, Applicants:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must live in the U.S. or Canada
  • Must have great writing skills - this includes the use of grammar, spelling and sentence structure. English and Journalism majors extremely welcome.
  • Must be able to complete assignments on or before deadlines.
  • Must own a 3DS (Access to wireless Internet required).
  • Prior writing experience is a plus but not required.

Game Chronicles is currently looking for gamers who owns an iPhone or iPad (or both) and enjoys playing games of all genres. Those interested will be required to complete 3-5 articles per month and should own either an iPhone 4, 4s, iPad, iPad2, or iPad HD, and have a current iTunes account.

To Qualify, Applicants:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • There are no location restrictions for this position but you must have access to US iTunes Store.
  • Must have great writing skills - this includes the use of grammar, spelling and sentence structure. English and Journalism majors extremely welcome.
  • Must be able to complete assignments on or before deadlines.
  • Must own either an iPhone 4, 4s, iPad or iPad2, or iPad HD and have an iTunes account.

To Qualify, Applicants:

  • Must live in the U.S. or Canada
  • Must have great writing skills - this includes the use of grammar, spelling and sentence structure. English and Journalism majors extremely welcome.
  • Must be able to complete assignments before deadlines.
  • Must own a PS3, Xbox 360, or Wii with broadband internet and active PSN / Xbox Live accounts.
  • Prior writing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Available for occasional travel opportunities to various game events and trade shows a plus.
