Game Chronicles is always looking for talented freelance writers to do game reviews, interviews, features, and other projects. These are typically "unpaid" positions, but you do get to keep the game or product you are reviewing. While we may not always have staff positions readily available we do maintain an active pool of interested writers.

Game Chronicles is looking for someone who enjoys playing the latest PC games of all genres. Those interested will be required to complete two articles per month and should own or have access to a reasonably high-end PC gaming system capable of playing current releases at above-minimum specs.

To Qualify, Applicants:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must live in the U.S. or Canada
  • Must have great writing skills - this includes the use of grammar, spelling and sentence structure. English and Journalism majors extremely welcome.

Game Chronicles is rapidly growing, and with more than 3,200 articles currently online we need to redesign our entire site to make use of SQL or PHP. We are looking for someone who is currently studying web design or programming at a college level who is interested in working for a growing online magazine. If you are looking for a high-profile project to put on your resume and want your hard work to be seen by more than five-million viewers each month then we want to talk to you.

Projects include:

  • Converting all reviews, previews, and articles into a searchable/sortable database
  • Creating interactive polls, contest entry forms, and feedback forms

  • Work with our Media Relations Manager for scheduled banner rotation
